I SOOO wanna try Durian, despite what I hear about it.  I also want to eat every single thing on that list.  PM me if you need my address.  (i.e. send me some kangaroo.)    :yesnod:

Sea Urchin (awesome!)
Squid (Too chewy for my tastes.  Octopus is way better)
Octopus (Cooked right, it is the shit)
Salmon Roe (Er...not so much.  Couldn't finish my sushi)
Fire Ant (When I was a dumbass little kid.  I regretted that decision immediately)
Blood Sausage (:projectile:)
Liverwurst (Actually not bad)
Headcheese (Eh..alright)
Haggis (Actually not bad)
Tripe (Not so much.  Like chewing on a piece of vulcanized rubber)
Freshly killed duck
Freshly killed deer
Foie Gras (It was alright, but not worth the cruelty involved by a long shot)

I ate a lot of weird shit in Australia since I lived around a bunch of people who were natives to various South Pacific island cultures.  Heres a few examples:

-Sea Urchins: literally picked them off the reef at low tide, cracked them open on the spot, and ate the good bits out.
-Sea turtle: Not bad.  A dark, rich meat.  Would've been best in a soup or stew.
-Dugong: The South Pacific version of the manatee.  As prepared it was small pieces of meat with large chunks of blubber still attached...it was nasty
-Eye of a spit-roasted pig: On a dare, definitely tested the old gag reflex on that one!
-Eyes/brains of fish: We would cook fresh fish over a fire right on the beach as we caught them.  Island cultures would always suck out the eyes and brains.  I tried it but wouldn't do it on my own.  Pretty gross.

And there was one fruit that I loved.  I only got to try it only once.  It is called jackfruit.  It is the largest tree fruit in the world (can grow as big as a large watermelon).  When you open it up there are a bunch of pits inside, each surrounded by fleshy pod of fruit.  The texture is a little strange, kinda slimy.  But the flavor is totally unique.  It reminded me of a cross between mango, melons and pineapple. Here what it looks like...

The makers of "Juicy fruit gum" actually developed the taste of the gum to try and mimic that of the Jackfruit.

Scrumptious, I'm sure.

raw animal meats and organs:
kidneys, heart, testicles, adrenal glands, thyroids, thymus, tongue, etc. from bovine, bison, lamb, and goat

raw beef fat
different raw fish
various fruits that aren't typical

kombucha is pretty weird too when you think about it
