The upload cap is like 10MB for music files, so just change the extension to .mp3 and upload it here
Or you know, a zip file might work too

I got one of those picture LCD screens for showing off .jpgs and I've had a couple people walk up to it and go were ta fuck is the touchpad :P

You press the "print screen" (or prtsc or something like that) button, which is typically at the top of you keyboard above the arrow keys.
The you go to paint or some other kind of imaging program and ctrl-v to paste the image you just captured of your desktop  .
