Indoor edibles GH

After some further research, it looks like a really good way of maintinaing stable environmental conditions is with a GH setup, so looking at doing that.
A big problem, though, is that I have VERY little floorspace to work with. Considering lots of edibles seem to be quite CO2 intolerant and the high humidity needs, would there be constant high humidity escaping that may be damaging to the surroundings? It may even become nessicary to shove it into the back of a large closet or something, unfortunately... Should one worry about damage to anything being stored in there, or the walls themselves? And, will having a coolmist/timer setup and perhaps occasional opening of the GH allow for enough FAE?
For the most part, the environmental conditions seem pretty easy to manipulate, but one thing that comes to mind is that there doesnt seem to be a good way to actually lower the temperature if nessicary, and edibles seem to like it cooler than actives, which most around here seem to be primarily interested in. The only thing I can think of is tossing some ice packs into the extended resivour of the coolmist. Thoughts?
Thanks for all the help so far! I think I finally have things decently figured out to at least make intelligent attempts.

Most edibles can be grown in a 60-80% RH environment (which won't damage wood or walls as long as place is insulated) as long as they are misted frequently. Some edibles like it cool, some like it hot, some inbetween. What temps are you able to use?

For instance, every wolf has the DNA for poodles, but that DNA would never be revealed without man selectively breeding for it.

Well, area heating isn't a problem really, but in the winter probably the lowest is about 70, perhaps about 65-68 in the summer, which seems pretty close to ideal. I guess it shouldn't be that big of a deal.
I still worry about adequate FAE however.

if your worried about the walls in your closest you could put a humidity gauge in your closest as well to monitor that. my guess is tho as long as your wall doesn't feel wet or smushy, and you don't see any water droplets you should be fine.
if your looking for a very nice humidity guage that has a remote prob, temp, and dew point on it ive found a very nice one on amazon for under $40 infact i think it was only $35 or so
as for fae, if you build a fogger bucket with a fan you could put that bucket outside the closest and have pvc tubing into it, which will end up using your air from the hallway outside the closet, you'll have to keep the cloest door cracked open a bit for the pipe tho
