too much water Q?!!! Help

for example if i had too much water put in a cake that i can see a layer of brf on the botom of the jar, will this mess up the prosess of clonization? Should i through it out cause it won't colonize? Or will it take longer for the process of colonization. Help!!!

Might take a while to colonize or even germinate, but, I have seen people with very wet cakes, and they can still survive...just keep your eye on it. If its properly sterlized and you are sterlie in your work, there probably wont be a problem.

There really should not be any standing water, use your judgement, if you think its just going to be a waste of spores, dont innoculate it. The consistency of a cake should really be like a thick bread dough with the verm chunks in it! :wink:
