Some reading material for the Shroomery Doc's waiting room.

Here's a copy of Kevin Trudeau's "Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About" book. You may have seen him on late nite infomercials advertising this but it's worth a read if you're into natural and herbal cures for various ailments. I haven't personally used any, but most of them sound legit despite the guy being a total con artist.

I don't think he's a con artist. He's just trying to get the message out and make a living at the same time. :shrug:

It is a great book. Last week it caught my eye at the bookstore and I had to stop an thumb through it for a good 30 min.

I didn't like his book at all and I would never pay money for it. It's loaded with advertising and antagonism. And it's not very useful as a reference either.

I Just recently picked up Healing With Whole Foods by Paul Pitchford. I highly recommend it. This book is the most complete health food guide and reference I have ever come across. :earth:
