Honey water + print?

How do I scrape a print into a PC'ed jar of honey water? There are only 2 ways I can think of.
Make a syringe, and incou it.
Or open up the jar and scrape it in. (Wouldnt that invite contams into it, since it was PC'ed)

I only ask because I read that ppl inocu w/ prints, I just cant figure out how it is done w/o bringing the possibility of contams.
