The AYP site is good. I'm fairly experienced in Yogic techniques having studied in India. Begin with deep breathing. Inhale and feel the diaphragm drop so that the low belly can expand. Continue to fill the body with air like pouring a glass of water - so next the side ribs will expand. Then finish your inhale into the chest so that it expands and rises slightly. Then exhale it all out at the same time just like a ballon losing air. When this begins to feel more natural, you can insert pauses after each of the three stages to increase lung capacity. This and alternate nostril breathing (in one and out the other and the back again) are good places to start. There is also another Hopi Indian trick called the "small death" that I really like. It is Inhale 12 counts, hold 12 counts, Exhale 12 counts and hold for 12 counts. You may have to work up to 12 counts, but produces a wonderful unexplainable state of mind. Be careful about doing too much breathwork as it can have some negative side effects. If you would like to know more, please feel free to write me. I'd love to share more if your interested.
Love and Light all around and throughout . . .

Breathe deep the gathering gloom Watch lights fade from every room Bedsitter people look back and lament Another day's useless energy spent.
Impassioned lovers wrestle as one, Lonely man cries for love and has none. New mother picks up and suckles her son, Senior citizens wish they were young.
Cold hearted orb that rules the night, Removes the colors from our sight. Red is grey and yellow white, But we decide which is right. And which is an illusion?
