watery mycelium

i got 2 jars going...been almost 2 weeks since innoculating...in the center of where the mycelium is growing i can see water drops on the inside of the jar and theres not much mycelium growing where the water is...what did i do wrong...i dont see how i could have to much moisture...but i guess its most likely i do since im a newb and all....

Drops of moisture are common on the inside of the jars. It is nothing to worry about unless the cakes are "swimming" in water. As long as the mycelium doesn't turn yellow, then you are fine. I have had success with cakes that did get yellow water damage spots, though, so no matter what be patient and learn for next time.

Some condensation is normal. Be patient and all should be fine.
