Stalled Pint Jars: What NOW?

Ive done my research and read many posts on it. I found that the Pint jars were not the best way to go but I followed the PF Tek to a T. The moisture in the jars when inoculated was perfect and none have contams in the Jars. I turned them upside down and they have been this way for about a week. I still have seen no improvement in growth of mycelium. They are colonized bout 75% the strains are Golden Teachers and B+. They have been incubating for over a month and a half. I was just interested in a lil extra help. I also have some half pint jars that are the same strains but they are nearly complete and have been only incubating for 3weeks. What do I do?

Temperature can slow growth. It's winter so i'm sure everyone's respective homes are cooler. Ideal temps are 75F - 80ishF
I like 77 personally. My fav. number :>
Also, PF TEK performs poorly with pint jars as opposed to 1/2 pint. It's not uncommon for them to stall and start forming hyphal knots and pinning before 100% colonization. If growth has stalled for more than a week it's consolidating it's hold on what sub it does have colonized and will probably start pinning in your jar.
When this happened to me I just birthed the cake and removed the uncolonized spawn and crumbled what I had to a small tray and cased it. Worked out great.
GL!
EDIT - Contamination is also a possible cause. Usually bacterial. If it is bacteria it should have a sour smell to it. Otherwise it will smell like fresh mushroom :>

what temp are you colonizing at? you do not need to 'incubate'.

What kind of lids/filters are you using? My jars have stalled before from insufficient gas exchange.

Do you have any pix of the 1/2 pts?
If they are colonized except for the bottom you can birth and cut the uncolonized portion off, dunk and roll, them put into fruiting conditions.

stalled jars can be a symptom of several different issues, the most serious of which is bacterial contamination, often resulting in specific regions of the jar not colonizing and subsequently producing a 'wet' or 'greasy' look.
hopefully this is just a case of insufficient gas exchange but we would need to know what type of lids you are using in order to determine that

Sorry I responded so late I had to work, but the lids that im using are the regurlar mason jar lids with 2 inoculation holes(2 for less likeliness for contams) The temp. is round 77-78. I recently tapped the jars so the substrate wouldnt be touching the bottom of the jar and opened the lids for a few seconds. Anything else I can do and they do not have a bad smell.

Birth, cut off the bottoms and proceed, assuming they smell OK. Next time, use the proper sized jars. RR
