whats better? 4GB of more expensive RAM or 8GB of cheap RAM?

You don't need 8gb's of ram man 
4gb's of good ram is PLENTY considering that nothing your gonna be doing even supports 8gb's of ram. Hell I don't even think Vista supports 8gb's.
It supports 4gb's and xp supprts 3gb's.
You don't really NEED 4gb's neither. 2gb's of high quality ram is fine. Even 3gb's of good ram is more then enough. Computers these days are WAY different then your 8 year old stone age machine

Haha just kidding. AMD all the way. I guess I've just been a fan of theirs for a long time now. The performance difference between AMD and Intel is almost negligible now when comparing similar quality processors.

Xp 64 bit can use all 4 gb of ram.

Well AMD doesn'y have anything "wrong" with it but INTEL is better.
MUCH better for multitasking and such, AMD is more gamer oriented but INTEL does just as good. AMD costs less as well.
I'm just an INTEL fanboy

I'd argue AMD was better for multitasking AND gaming (When dual core first came out, AMD was mopping the processor marketing floor with Intel) but when it comes down to it, the performance difference nowadays just isn't much to compare.

That would save a bit of money with that combo, however I believe that mobo is a bit more expensive than the one I linked and would therefor negate any money you save with a combo as it is no better than the one I linked.

Everything looks great dude. I am extremely jealous. You are gonna have one badass computer. That monitor is gonna be epic, just you wait.
I would insist on getting the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341001 for the power supply though.
Just ask hpi, OCZ's gamexstream power supplies are amazing.

I dunno bout Biostar but I wouldn't feel good recommending them. Gigabyte is a great choice, has everything you need, and is a slight bit cheaper.

I cant say enough how thankful I am for all the help!!! I would have never done this on my own and would have just bought that other computer! This thing is going to be a monster! and not with a monster of a pricetag either thanks again!!!

Precisely.
When building a computer, ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS go for the big brand names for every part especially the power suppy cause if that ever fails it can take the rest of the parts down with it.
OCZ's Gamexstream is my favorite psu as of now and you won't have any problems with it. For 89$ I'd just get the 700w gamexstream. More then enough power to but the one you chose comes with the case so get that if you want. It still be the same price with the case and gamexstream but the ocz one looks cooler and has a nice bright LED at the bottom where the fan is.
LED's and see through cases in pc's is whats in
