anyone else get this from fridge storage?

I placed all my jars in the refrigerator for storage and they all turned really blue after a week. I know blueing is normal, but they all did it and probably about 15% of each jar is pretty blue....is that much blueing still ok? I handled them carefully, they were tossed around to be bruised that badly.....just wondering if they will still be alright even though a big part of each jar has turned blue.
