Cobwebs and Brown/yellow spots...Oh Why???

This is my first grow and PF cake style with 12 jars. One jar seems to have cobwebs in one small spot at top of jar, while 2 other jars show a small brownish tanish yellowish spot on top of the mycellium... Is this the yellow piss of the myceillum or what, and will the cobweb jar be alright since its at the top and will the mycellium be able to fend off cobweb growth?

Could be mycelium piss, watch out if the mycelium stop growing or if the growth stalls, report your changes.
About the cobweb, mycelium can win against cobweb. Cobweb doesn't like fresh air and light, i would untape the jar holes and give it some light everyday, they could start pinning invitro due to light exposition but i think it worth the hassle if you want to save those jars.
