hey
i just realized that bi can endure almost a lot for an hour or so
so even tho my life is hellish:
fukin dad flushed my whole bottle of anti-spasmodic-cyclobenzaprine pills which doc gave me for agonizing post stroke spasm pains 
i can bear my horrific pains for an hour or so
i'm tryin an experiment n need advice wheter this is safe/healthy
i've decided to sleep in divided cycles for at most an hour at a time
over 24hrs
sleep is kinda my vacation/relief from hellish life
but i want to ensure this does not adversely affect my
recovery from brain stroke or health
all i know is that some sleep n rem sleep is imp
i read somewhere that rem occurs within a 90 min cycle
i have not slept for so long that i remember no dreams
i know i used to have great vivid,lucid dreams pre-stroke when i lived on my own n life was good
i'd also like to exp with lucid dreaming cuz i have theory that i could re-learn to use my paralyzed limbs
in lucid dream(instead of flying,havin orgies n stuff)
i seriously need some guidance n help here
my life is hellish now
plz serious advice pm to me
btw, i quit drinkin altogether cuz i wanna get better n
get out of this misery asap
i'm willing to work hard as hell n get less sleep if needed
but i think sleep important for brain regeneration?

i got so sick 2 dayz ago i kept pukin
i called the ambulance went to er
n theyb were nice enuff to hand me
7 tabs of 0.25 mg ativan
which im tryin to save for the worst pains
n 0.25mg seems to have NO effect on me
(i weigh 250 n pains r baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad)
but i still have some home fermented juice i could combine with
but i don't wan't to be so out of it that my dad gets me locked up again
dats why me quit drinkin
man i wish either i'd recover or he'd die...

i used to sleep like that. wake up, eat something, stay awake for about 3 hours... 1 hour nap. then wake up n do it again.
actually, u get a LOT of work done that way if ur in college. it messes up with class schedules and work schedules tho.
