Hopefully most people realize this by now. Even as someone who habitually smoked at one point, I knew it was bad for my lungs and I could feel the effects on my mind, and even more so once I stopped smoking and the "fogginess" cleared up.

For some, the "fogginess" is a blessing... And as far as the lungs, get a vaporizer.
Most of us need something to help us enjoy this existance a little more... I'm so happy marijuana has such minimal side effects, and compared to every other drug it's rather easy to use just about everyday. Especially when it replaces alcohol!
Some people can handle it... some can't.

I quit smoking pot when I got a job that drug tested. I don't work there anymore, but whenever I've tried pot since then, I just haven't been able to enjoy it. I guess during that time, I sort of grew out of it.

I'm not knocking it at all, as I still enjoy smoking.
However, what I don't enjoy is smoking daily when I know how it affects my concentration and thought process. Everything just seems a bit clearer when I don't smoke, which is how I want to feel most of the time.
I've enjoyed smoking a lot more the few times that I have, ever since I quit. It just feels more like an "occasion", I guess.
If it helps you live your life more fully, then so be it, I think that's awesome.

I've had to quit as of late due to a job that I want in the future that does ONE drug test upon hiring. After that, it's back to the green. It's great smoking/vaping only at night especially with pure sativa buds. No groggy hangover =
But this w/d leaves me fairly confused. I don't feel like myself.

Do you still partake in alcohol or tobacco?
I was occasional alcohol consumer, but now I can't smell it. As for tobacco, I do not understand how can so much people smoke it..
Anyway, some of my friends recently decided to stop smoking pot, so now, after some time, I can see how theirs lives changed to better. I did not quit fully. But I did minimized it, to once a week... now examining my self, what for... when I don't need it at all... There are a lot other thing one can do, instead of being stoned all the time...

The worst thing I find about constant pot smoking is that nothing ever gets done! If I have some, I have to keep smoking it 'til it's all done before i'll get round to anything else, like leaving the house, or vaccumming, or...anything! Tried to start weightlifting whlst still smoking a lot of pot, you can guess which one fell by the wayside Havent smoked this year though and I find myself finally getting round to those thigns i never had time for..like vaccumming lol.

I smoke daily but I usually keep my smoking to night time after everything is done, but I have been thinking of stopping for awhile, but I don't have anything important enough going on in my life to make me not wanna do it often. I may try a big break next week to see what happens. I remember last year when I quit for two weeks, I felt very clear headed and energetic........
My only problem with marijuana is that it makes me socially retarded, which is why if I ever have better life opportunities whether a girlfriend or a really good job, maybe I would stop for a bit or keep it to once in awhile.
for right now though, ganja helps me life in my own little world and I am fine with that.
