Cake not pinning, affaid casing wont either, help

I birthed a cake of Creepers on 10/5 and there still is no pins. I usually do casings but only had one cake so I PF Teked it and nothing at of today. I'm worried cause I also have 8 fully colonized jars of Orissa India, using the PF tek. They have been colonized for a week and still no invitro pins. I'm worried cause my shit aint pinnin. I want to make casings with the India's is this ok, even though they don't seem to be pinning.

umm as for RH not sure don't have a gauge. I have a pan of perilite and water. I also have a air bubbler going 24/7 in h20/h2o2. As for light I have a desk lap above it. I used this same setup with EQ casings, and they went rather well. As for tempurature it fluctuates due to room temp. Should I place a heating pad possible under the fruiting chamber? Since there will be a layer of perilite between it and the casings?

Lastly, I used Coco Coir for my last casings, but I don't live in such a sterile enviroment, if I want to sure straight verm, do I just crumble cakes, and lay a thing layer of them of verm. I know I can search, but I figured I'd just add it to the end of this one.

No heating pad under the fruiting chamber, unless its like 55 degrees in your house.
