Cake overlay?

Ok the verm ontop and under the cakes looks like the pictures of overlay in TMC. Any ideas why this is happening? This is only happening to the PRs the Cambos, on one side are fruiting and the SAs on the other are also fruiting.
I may just chuck them and replace with something else.

don`t chuck them, just keep fanning and misting until it fruits.
The overlay won`t be a big problem unless it is dry and hard.
if it`s a major issue take a fork and scrape the surface, re-case and water.
