Find out where the azures are!

Okay.
Here's my idea.
Let's try to clear up the confusion about the fruiting range of our friend Psilocybe azurescens.
maybe we will all learn something.

Delineating the range of psilocybe azurescens.
Have you found both psilocybe azurescens and psilocybe cyanescens?
Can you distinguish between the two species?
Have you ever found psilocybe azurescens north of Long Beach, Washington?
Have you ever found psilocybe azurescens south of Seaside, Oregon?
Have you ever found psilocybe azurescens more than 3 miles from the shoreline?
Finally, do you think azurescens occurs naturally anywhere other than the delineated boundaries(in this poll)?

Hopefully, these results will be useful to all of us, including those who have never found them before.
Obviously, we are trying to determine NATURAL fruiting range, not where they may be cultivated.  Please try to answer honestly and without regard to any cultivated patches you may have seen or been privy to.
Enjoy!!!!
Oh, feel free to comment about any other details that are pertinent, but lets keep further questions for other threads, especially those concerning the readily available info about habitat and season and other general knowledge.
peace
