9 one pint jars 2 weeks into inoculation. One nothing happened. They are SA and Brazilian. I got them mixed up, so well just have to see what happens. There is some water inside, but thats normal to my understanding. sorry the pics arent the best quality.

Well what I plan to do is get spawn bags and fill them with Wbs, and spawn to equal parts vermiculite. According to RR this is really good stuff
Quote:

It's what I've been recommending for a few years now.  Use verm at up to half of any bulk substrate.  In fact, you can mix your colonized rye grain or wbs half and half with verm, and it will fruit as well as if you'd used manure, coir, castings, coffee, compost, whatever.
RR

It is simple, cheap, and apparently effective. My coir grow got moldy from bad spawn, so this will ensure at least some success. I probably will make extra spawn and try the coir again as well. Grains though have more nutes than bulk material (if one has the space though the larger bulk will be more nutes overall due to amount) but I am trying to maximize use of space and costs.

so what I got from that was, anything viable is good. With equal part verm. Sounds good. Iv'e seen pics of people growing on the oddest things. Someone was using cereal box lids
