I never was afraid of death, until I became a father. Now Im on this health trip. Its the whole "I wanna see her grow" routine.

Whiskey/Dead - I've never read The Power of Now, but I definitely agree with what you say.  The purpose of life is to try to enjoy the moments we're allotted before we expire.  If we're constantly stressed out about what we did or how life's going to be, enjoying those moments becomes nearly impossible.
