theres no way to prove its you on a phone unless theyve got you by the balls anyways.

All they have to do is record a voice sample when you're clearly alone and then compare it to other samples to determine it's you committing a thought crime.

arggg, im just going to have to take more time posting to make sure everyone gets what im saying.
they couldnt get you for anything without invading your privacy which im pretty sure is still illegal in the USA. unless the FBI really can do whatever they want.

My cell phone was recently tapped, so I know they're now full on tapping peoples phones even "smaller guys". I've always wondered if they can just activate the microphone in your cell phone, that's fucking crazy!

My cell phone was tapped because I was in contact with somebody who is being watched for some serious shit (or at least he was being watched, but now he's in prison).
I know this because if you called my phone you could hear some sort of reciever type thing picking up on the second ring of every call (this persisted for at least 2 weeks). After my friend got popped, the noise stopped.
I am a paranoid person sometimes, but this was too obvious.
