Norfolk man gets life in prison for drug offenses January 7, 2009 - PilotOnline.com
A small-time drug dealer was sentenced today to life in prison without parole under a federally mandated three-strikes drug sentencing rule.
Mancer L. Barrington III, 30, a ninth-grade dropout from Booker T. Washington High School, was found guilty by a federal court jury this summer of drug conspiracy charges. The jury acquitted him of related firearms charges.
U.S. District Judge Raymond A. Jackson said he was forced to give Barrington a life sentence, plus 30 years to run concurrently, under the three-strikes law passed by Congress. The law requires a life sentence for anyone convicted three or more times of drug dealing charges.
Barrington had two prior state court felony convictions for dealing cocaine in Norfolk as well as four other felony convictions.

I wonder what the weight was, that is fucked seeing that some people that have made millions have gotten out......well, nobody said that life was fair in the US of Assholes.
Probably a bitch to spend time with that person with anyways.

Thats what is wrong with this country. If only he was a celebrity, then he would have to only spend the night in jail.

In this country, where violent criminals, such as rapists and murderers go free after a few years, it is a shame that someone can do a life sentence plus 30 years for dealing some drugs. WTF is this country coming to? Obama, you got a world of shit to fix in this country. Good luck
