pressure cooker question stuff thing ma jigger

Hey therez this kid named billy i know and he was asking me what about is the least psi he needs for his pressure cooker to work, right now he has one with 10 pounds per square inch...but i saw somewhere, i think it was the FAQ here, that he needs 15 psi....but im not sure. So yeah any help would make Billy a super happy kid. :grin:

you need 15 psi

10psi will work too but takes longer and is not as reliable
