I was wondering, with the mycobag, if I inject directly into the middle of the substrate, will the spores still germinate. Somebody please help me.

Please search around the posts before asking a question that has been answered many times over. The answer can be found at sporerworks.com too, possibly where you got the bags. but to answer your question, for faster colonization, inject where the bag meets the substrate.
