Agar formulations using Liquid Malt Extract?

Unfortunately, regular D(dark)ME in liquid form is all i can get here. Anyone know of any recipies using liquid DME? or better yet, what the water content of standard liquid DME is?

I think the syrup is around 15% water,while the powder is less than 5%.
You can pretty much use them interchangably.
