are these hallucinogenic....they have a whitish greyish color, and only a tinybit of brown...i dont think there liberty caps the nipples to rounded, i found these growing on the bark on the outside of my house(i live in lincoln CA, WHICH IS CLOSE TO SACRAMENTO)

No not libs at all, habitat is all wrong as well as just about everything else.
those type of mushrooms will make you gay if you eat them though, so if that's something your into give it a shot

Dustin, those look like a species of Mycena. They will not get you high, and you should not eat them.
Psilocybe semilanceata, aka "Liberty Caps" grow in grassy fields, but you would probably be better of looking for Psilocybe cyanescens or "Cyanofriscosa". Try using the forum search and typing those names in, you'll find a ton of information.
