Are there any natural beverage blends (like those special mixes you smoke)?

Not for hardcore tripping or heavy intoxication, but something light and natural that you can sip on to help you mellow out or concentrate or feel better. I've been thinking about those special mixes of herbs and flowers that people smoke instead of weed (not as a substitute for weed) and wondering why there aren't any beverage equivalents.

I'm trying to find something that is most certainly stronger than placebo, but not too strong. I want it to be subtle and pleasant, nothing too crazy. I don't want something that is guaranteed to make you vomit--I'm not averse to vomiting, trust me, it's just that I plan on sipping this at work, which is exactly why I want it to be so slight.

If you have any suggestions, please go right ahead. Natural brews.

I like kava kava for some mild anxiety relief, but it doesn't taste all too pleasant.
