Case from bags or use bulk substrate?

Hello Everyone
So here is the situation.  Two of the four 2lbs bags are showing healthy growth.  We received 5 lbs of pre-pasteurized mushroom compost in the mail today.  We have three options and I wanted an opinion on the matter that was more educated on the subject than my own. 

1/ Introduce the colonies in both bags to the bulk compost, let colonize, then case.
2/ Introduce a colony from one bag, let colonize, then case.  Go straight from bag to case with the other bag. 
3/ Go straight from bag to case with both bags and inject the compost that just came in the mail, let colonize, and case.
