whatever you'd have 20 acres of space to put in a full bar, a hot tub,
oh and horses, straw and horses. i'd dig my own pond somewhere and stock it full of fish too

The previous owners had a hot tub, but I took it out. We have hot springs in Washington State, and right next door in Idaho, as well as across the border in BC, so we'd much prefer to sit in those than a tub. No need for a pond, there's a creek running through the property.
Star gazing is great up here too. We got up yesterday at 4 AM to watch the meteor shower. My neighbor down the road about 1/2 mile built a two story observatory with a retractable roof and we spent a few hours there last week. RR

I would rather have a nice creek with trout than a pond any day. Something about a creek and always wanting to know what's around that next bend that intrigue's me. Getting more jealous by the minute, right now I am listening to my neighbors fight due to the paper thin apartment walls.

Yeah i feel yall there i got 80 acres + some on another side of the road. Its in the ouachita mountains tho, which is about 5 hours drive from where i reside. Its got a creek, 2 ponds, a mountainside, basicly antyhing a rational man could ask for. So far though im lookin at it as an investment because if the Ft. Smith area keeps growin so rapidly i'm just gonna sell the 80 and buy like 1600 somewhere more rural with the money. Make sure the big lot don't get developed too i want a good huntin spot. The 80 gots ton of wild animals we dont even see in kansas city, down on the 80 there's armadillos, black bears, wild boars, reported elk, etc...... up here we aint got any of that. Even the ponds got some JAWS sized catfish like no bullshit over 4 ft. long some of them...... Its insanely cool.
