It has very little psycolybin and besides what about the vermiculite? how would you seperate it or do you eat the verm too? yuck!

My friend ate 2 cakes I had and tripped off of them. If you can get past the disgusting tasting shit used for substrate, you can trip off of it.

There is a tek with cranberry juice where you let the cakes soak in the juice and then drink the juice I believe.
