RR video FC Question

I just made a FC like RR's in his video. 18 Quart. Its not clear though like the one in the video. I cutout a 11" x 4" strip at the top so I can put my light on the top and used plastic wrap with ducktape to hold it down. One question is should I poke holes also through the plastic wrap? They have a couple of holes around it already but im not sure if that will be enough. Also with all the holes in the FC. Do I still need to mist / fan ? I also have a 30 gallon air pump thats not being used. Should I use it to run constantly in the FC ? Or would it be pointless with all the holes already in there? I dont have hygrometer yet as I just ordered a analog one off ebay yesterday. The digital one I have is a p.o.s. and I dont really trust it. Im sure this has already been talked about and I tried searching but theres just to many threads to go through so sorry for the repeat questions.

Fan whenever you mist because although with cubensis it's probably not necessary, it definitely can't hurt.  What WILL hurt is putting an air pump in there, because it will screw with the natural circulation that keeps fresh air flowing up from the bottom through the damp perlite.  Any sort of positive pressure from a pump will destroy that natural pattern.

It wouldn't hurt to poke a few holes in the plastic.  You want roughly the same hole pattern on all six sides.  Don't worry about getting it perfect; if it looks close to the same, it's good enough.
