Founds some fresh Oyster mushrooms today in Mississippi... And I Finally got a camera for Christmas, so I can share my finds.

I found a ton of oysters today too, use the stem butts to inoculate downed trees, old stumps, old wood etc.

i would've thought so, mine can barely cope with a light rinse. i'm sure that method would get the maggots out though :smile:

maybe he dries them afterwards?

Yeah, I'm curious. Whenever I was mine they get pretty soggy.

Not really, I just rinsed them like that for maybe 10 or 15 minutes... Then I battered and fried them:)
