These were found in central TX, under oak and pecan trees growing on cow dung. They smell and taste like cubenis , they do not blue when bruised. The print was photographed after only thirty min. Hope fully someone can tell me that this is what I hope it is there all over the place right now.

dude, those are some beefy things for pans.
but antillarium gets that big.
and the print was ...black?
if it was antillarium seems as good a guess as any.
not cubensis. no ring, no bruising.
were the gills mottled?
are there any remnants of a veil on the margin of the caps?
nothing to "trip" over.
peace.

The smaller one's yes, Ill take pics tommorow in natural habitat, there are three to four different types growing on paties. I saw two different strains growing on one pattie, is that normal ?

yeah, its normal for different SPECIES to grow on one single patty, thus the need for id skills to differentiate.
however, there is very little that could kill you growing DIRECTLY from dung, thus the safety of tons of people hunting for drugs on dung.
there are several possibilities.
you should line up your different species in good lighting and get a good, focussed shot of the underside and the tops of all the different species on your dung.
we want to know what color the gills are, what color the spore print is, and in general, all color characteristics besides.
and where are you?

Im almost positive those are Panaeolus antillarum, which is an inactive mushroom, mostly mistaken for Copelandia Cyans.

They are pure white with black gills and a black spore print...which looks what you ahve.

pics would be cool, but you've got to realize that they are not different STRAINS!!
thus all the capitalizing.
strains are varieties of the same species,  as in psilocybe cubensis HAWAIIN, or psilocybe cubensis MATTIAS ROMERO, or better yet psilocybe cubensis F+.
those are strains.
species are different genetically, like sparrows and macaws.
get it?
hope so.
peace
cant wait to see photos.
