If theres a knife you've been wanting from cold steel, go ahead and get one. Their quality and line up is probably going to shit. I know I'm scooping up a few.
Thats good to know, thanks.

I used to have one of those Cold Steel Big Bore blowguns. Super fun to play with and incredibly accurate. I could hit the bullseye on a dart board all the way across the house almost every time with it.
I traded some leather welding sleeves for it but wound up giving it to a friend of mine during a move several years ago.

I daily carry the Cold Steel Leatherneck tanto past 6 months or so.
The only reason I didn't get that one is I prefer the larger hand guard of the Leatherneck.

I don't even want to hear that kind of talk
Besides, the feelings of disgust fade quickly and you still have a knife and the lasting feeling of satisfaction. I know you work hard for your paycheck, you deserve to have something for yourself

I was going to put the custom titanium clip on my tanto Recon 1 but I decided I like it better on this knife instead

One of my favorites here, this is a big hard use knife, pretty much a folding machete. This knife goes in my bug out bag with my SR1

Excellent knife, Asante
I agree, Cold Steel offered high quality knifes at prices almost anyone can afford. IMO some of the best knifes you could buy for the money

I have 3 of these knives, I liked them that much and they're so inexpensive under $25. A decent beater EDC that won't break the bank if it's broken or lost, and I've abused the hell out the tanto point one. I've used it to pry shit open, hack things, stab shit and loosen screws, it's still holding up good

That's pretty cool. I will more than likely get a SAK soon, I don't have one....yet. I was looking at Victorinox website and they have some sweet blacked out monochrome SAKs. I really like those ones.

The last batch of the PDW Invictus IBL drops in less than an hour today.
Micarta handles in either flat or hollow grind blades. I'm going to do my best to snag one. They sell out lightning fast.
My heart is pounding right now as I prepare to smash the F5 button.

Artsy shot there mycosis! You take that?
I spent time idly lining mine up whilst I was on the phone for many hours earlier:

Pretty, but not artsy.

I have a Benchmade Bugout as my main blade, but I'll be honest; the above SAK gets way more daily use as it's just right there. I use the parcel hook for SO much shit; pulling and tightening springs, repairing and resetting bike chains, twisting wire into hooks, etc. I'll cut, carve, slice and dice most bushcraft stuff with the Benchmade with ease, but those SAK scissors are like the best scissors on the market and worth it alone IMHO!
