60 Hours Post Inoculation Worst Performing so far: 100% Wild Bird Seed. Best Performing so far: 10 year old PF cakes that had sat in a box in a storage shed(because they came out too dry "back in the day"), remanufactued and enhanced with a small amount of (new) cooked WBS.
Interestingly enough at 120 hours post inoculation the situation has reversed, with the WBS reaching 100% colonization before the cakes, though I note some of the "gnarliest" myc growth is still on the cakes.

Not sure but I've seen that photo before in association with his method.
I heard that while they were able to generate fruiting bodies, they lacked the delicious flavor of wild morels and because of that didn't sell well.
Just hearsay though.

Does anyone have any good pics of Morel myc in jars?(or can direct me to the right page?)
I've seen lots of interesting stuff in my jars, I'd like to compare to others if I can, a few certainly have some contaminates, not sure of others. Some things I've seen, lots of grainy flax coloured myc, some mostly white slowly expanding currently rice-sized bodies growing from flax colored myc, flax coloured myc transitioning to dense white myc surrounding some larger grains in the medium, clear liquid exude, amber coloured liquid exude, super-fine grey fuzzy myc(contaminate), bright white myc in one jar(possibly cube myc lol).
Anyone see such things? Have good pics?

Nice pics and very interesting!
Are those going to be fruited indoors?
If not then how do you break them up for distribution outside?

Just finished reading this - amazing results they were able to achieve. I wonder if anyone would be able to collect a culture of one of these strains. Also, they don't seem to go into too much detail regarding the actual cultivation process.
All I gather is that they are expanding the morel mycelia/sclerotia onto what i assume to be a bulk substrate, and burying this in rows underneath soil. They say this method is based on their saprophytic ability, and one of the pictures also demonstrates the presence of hay in the soil. They are covering the rows in a shade cloth to control temperature , humidity , and sunlight. Also it looks as though there is an irrigation system installed in the one photo. Overall, it doesn't look like the cultivation is much different than what people are trying over here. Makes me think the magic of the method lies in their specifically isolated strains.

Alright, well I have read all 81 pages of this thread just to find 0 success so far. Welp, keep it up guys, one day somebody will do it. In the mean time I'm going to look into growing morels outdoors since that seems much more do-able. If anyone has any threads/videos/links to help me with outdoor morel growing that would be appreciated

Grains enriched with nutrients and covered with a nutrient-poor pasteurized substrate.
Trying to cultivate morels is hard work by trial and error, so I won't reveal details about my cultivation trials, but for the trained eye of an experienced cultivator these pictures reveal more information than Ron Over/Gary Mills and Segula Masaphy revealed in their patents and papers full of misleading informations.
