Stupid question for 99 percent of you, but I've never done this before. How much headroom does my terrarium need? I figure with the cakes and perlite, that should be at least 6 inches rite there. I'm not sure how tall to expect the buddies to get. But my GUESS is I'll need a terrarium about 12-18 inches tall. What height would be a safe minimum? I dont want to go too tall, cause then I figure I might get low humidity problems. Also, what are the advantages/disadvantages of a spray shield. I have no experience, but I say fuck it. I'm using perlite, so its a waste of space. Thanks for all the help

Peace

Dont worry about that. Just a get a normal rubbermaid storage box and ull be set. But if you want numbers, maybe a feet or 2 minimum.

I mean, you dont need anything that large. The mushrooms will grow around eatchother, and Ive never had a problem with them gorwing into or dying of hitting a wall or anything, they will be fine
