Good for you ralph. Fuck 'em. It's shitty and there's no reason you should have to pay for it. Isn't there some type of law against this practice? I believe it falls under the intelectual property rights/ trademarks etc laws. The main criteria for these things is whether there is confusion caused in the mind of the consumer. In this case, pointing a domain name that a consumer honestly thinks is ralph's, to the shroomery may make them think that he's either out of business, or just runs a shoddy operation.
That's not acceptable if you ask me. Registering the domain names in the first place was his fuck up. Pointing them to the shroomery keeps the confused consumer away from him, but still keeps them confused. In fact, it seems like a purposeful, malicious attack and I would personally contact an attorney about possible legal action if I were an affected vendor. The only acceptable solution IMO would be to have the domains point to their correct websites so as to avoid his intentional misdirection and confusion of his competetions consumers. So what if he's out the money for registering the domains, he should never have done it in the first place. And the community should never have tolerated it.
I can't believe anybody else is actually bowing down to such shitty actions in our scene. You guys should have higher standards for our community.
This is depressing.

You have no right coming in here and flaming an Admin.
