read, make music, listen to mellowing music, have a snifter of cognac, look at picture books, have a light meal or snack, soak in a hot tub, massage a friend, make sweet love, meditate, pop a niacinamide or a valium, have some cocoa or kava, sit around the campfire & stare into the flames, smoke some dmt or salvia or harmine freebase or alamout black hash, get or give a footrub or facial or hand massage, write or draw or sculpt or paint...
