Hey all, its been about a week since i did my new batch of jars, 2 of them i did creeper, now the f+, eq, b+, and gt's are all going damn fast, and are like 40-50% colonized, but uhm, the creeper is showing VERY slow signs of growth, little to no mycellenium growth... is this typical of the strain? or is it possible that it doesnt like the brf+verm? thanks tps-

I do alot of the Creeper and I have never had any slow jars. Don't know why you are having problems with it. I have done it on brown rice flour, birdseed and rye grain. Actually the Creeper has been one of the fastest colonizers for me.

The creeper is known to be a fast coloniser.

In my experience the creeper is faster then most strains. They are also quite prolific and potent. My super intelegent chimp is on his second flush of creeper right now and couldnt be more pleased! In fact he has one that is about an inch across at the stem and about 6 inches high. No joke, Ive never seen anything like it.

damn hehe, maybe i got a bad syringe or something then it seems to be colonizing, but not as a white mycellenium, ill let it go a week or so to see if its cobweb mold or not, right now it looks like its mycellenium growth... just damn slow.

if it was cobweb it would have colonized the jars in less than a week. may be bacteria or dead spores. I have 4 jars of B+ and all are colonizing at different rates. one is 3/4 done, the other 1/3 done, the other 1/4 done and the last shows no growth! maybe I didnt inoculate one of the jars correctly and the spores landed in the dry verm layer?
