Two men were arrested Saturday after police found a package of marijuana that had been mailed from Texas, according to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.
County drug officers had tracked the package with help from the U.S. Postal Service. They did a search warrant on the home where the package was sent and seized 4.4 pounds of marijuana and drug scales, the sheriff’s department reported.
Police say they also found evidence that it wasn’t the first time marijuana had been sent to the home.
The men, a 35-year-old from Syracuse and an 18-year-old from Brownsville, Texas, were jailed on a bond of $50,000 each, police reported.
