A couple qustions for GanjaShroom

I've been reading the posts about the bust from the begining and I was always curious about what actually happened. I looked through some of your posts but didn't find any info on what has actually happened concerning your bust. I was curious if you would consider answering a couple questions if you haven't answered them allready, and if you have could I be directed to the posts where you answered them?
Did the charges get dropped or are they still pending...
have you plea bargained?
What are or were the actual charges and where were you charged
What are the penalties or pending penalties?
Are you on probation now and how would the presiding judge allow you to continue trading spores if all this actually happened.
Please excuse me if you've allready answered these questions, I just feel this information could help everyone on the message board considering the fact that so many people doubt your credibility...

Sorry if I incringed on your patent vaporbrains, but I promise if I become rich becuase I used it I'll be sure to cut you in. Incidentally I did think of that name before I observed your username or one of your posts. I used to do a lot of chemicals in my youth and pay for it now with bad memory...thats the origin of the username....
Back to the purpose of this post, I think when GanjaShroom posted his message about being busted there was a mass paranoia amongst the cultivators on this board. I myself being one of them. He then hadn't posted (that I knew of) for about a month and I still haven't noticed what the end result has been or if he is still being dragged through the crimminal justice system or if it was all just bullshit to begin with. I was seeing how many people were saying he shouldn't be trusted to give out an address to him because he might be providing them to the DEA or who-ever. I would be inclined to believe that if he hasn't said what actually happened, either his bust was all bullshit or he is probably ammassing as much information (as an imformant) as he possibly can to keep his ass out prison. I sure as hell wouldn't give him my address because he said something about the DEA or whoever he was refering to "had bigger fish to fry". That's a load of shit itself because the DEA and all of those law enforcement agencies crunch numbers and they would definately want to know about anyone who buys or trade spores for there records, as they have many agents that love to get recognition for getting Felony arrests for cultivation offenses. I'm not saying that purchasing spores alone is enough to bust some one but it is probably enough to get one of those fuckhead agents to start investigating what kind of traffic comes and goes from the someones house. Before I get my ass flamed off for this post, let me say this is all opinion and I just wanted to get it all out.....Please don't hate me too much...

sorry,i dont cultivate anymore-

i did plea bargain out with 5 years probation-

i dont trade spores anymore

sorry-

dimitri didnt get me busted,i am going through a custody battle with my x g/f

she used my cultivation against me,and got me busted,to gain control of the custody case-

i now only hunt,and no longer cultivate,maybe this will answer your questions

i was going by what my x g/f wendy told me when the cops showed up there(at my old apt)with a search warrant(so SHE said)LOLshe then directed them to my new apt(they never came there-thats just what she said

it was her all along

i dont have to explain shit to you guys

i have enough to deal with :frown:

she just didnt want me to know it was her and wanted dimitri to take the fall-jesus,who are you guys GOD?
