Accidentally mixed strains of grain in bulk sub, what will happen???

So, hypothetically speaking, if one were to have some straw/coir/poo sub that he was inoculating with grain spawn (rye), and instead of having 6 layers of grain and 7 layers of sub of all the same strain, he accidentally added in one quart of a different strain, what, if any, adverse effects will happen?
The layers are arranged like so:
Sub Layer Top Strain A Sub Layer Strain A Sub Layer ***Strain B*** Sub Layer Strain A Sub Layer Strain A Sub Layer Strain A Sub Layer Bottom
I'm not sure where the strain B layer is in regards to the other layers, but I'm pretty sure it's not on top or on bottom...
Will this have detrimental effects on the rate of colonization and/or the yield?
Will the strain with the most mass (strain A) take over?; and therefore will all the fruits be strain A, or will they be a proportional mix of the two?
-Thanks

yes you will get the two different mushrooms, since it seems like strain A is in most of the substrate, so you will get mostly A but there will be strain B in there as well. One of my friends did this with some jars I gave him, and he got all 3 different types in the same tub.

That's what happens every time you use multi-spore inoculation anyway. A strain isn't defined by the name some moron wrote on the print. A strain is a pairing of compatible hyphae. There's at least two active threads right now showing that using multiple 'strains' will have no effect, either negative or positive. Cubes are cubes. So-called strains of the same species don't compete, fight, or otherwise fuck with each other. You'll never notice any difference from your 'mistake'. RR
