Oh,and on the male part of it,Some male plants contain hi amounts of thc,especially male plants from some of the really good expensive strains.I've gotten some potent males before,and they got me ripped.Plus you can make a mean hash product with them.Here is another scenario,say they made hemp and male plants legal.All you would have to do is a breed a potent male with the hemp,and you would come out with a plant that has not as much thc as a really good strain,but a lot more than hemp.There is just now way no part of the Cannabis family will ever be legal here.

THC is the chemical that makes MJ illegal... it doesn't matter how much there is, it is still there.
