i just got this crystal shaped like a merkaba, it is my new favorite trip toy. last time i had it when we tripped, its form dominated the night and popped out everywhere, everytime i looked at the clouds, and even out of walls and the ceiling...

----i've brought a mini recorder to record stuff(problem was i kept recording over the recording cuz i didn't want the person who found it after i "died" during the trip to hear what i was saying)
----Bring alot of crystals if you have access, you'll come up with manymany inventions
-----bring a picture of someone you want to speak to that you no longer can
----fruits(its like sex to another level--taste buds experience ecstacy)
----some real deep music--maybe bjork
----little stuffed pokemon dolls that have the pockets inside them
---good bud--you know, the sticky icky
---sunglasses (from the movie "they live" with rowdy roddy piper--thats a clue)

man i was forced to drive before by some old friends at 3am when i was on acid once. That was a horrible trip, they were whispering shit in my ear, and screaming COP every 5 seconds.
Luckily, i dont chill with them anymore.

so far dancing to Goa for the first few hours of each trip...followed by either meditation sessions or watching trip-friendly movies.

I really enjoyed the sitting meditation I did this past weekend...lasted for 3 hours and I had some wonderful insights. I really enjoy how shrooms are almost like two trips in one...the first few hours building to the peak are great for dancing and once the peak is past...I enter into a wonderful chill space were I'm less physical and just like to relax and be mental.

next time i trip im bringing one of those hand held tape recorders, because i was pritty sure i figured out the meaning of the universe last time... next time ill remember it. ;-)
