Making brown rice flower, no coffee grinder...

I REALLY want to grow shrooms, but I can't seem to find BRF anywhere, and I do not have and can not afford a coffee grinder right now, so I need some advice, how can I make BRF?
Would a blender work?

They're only like $12, but if you can't afford it I understand. A blender may work to a degree, maybe you could try a hammer and brick or mortar and petstle. It needs to be ground up for the PF tek because BRF holds the cake together like glue.
I get BRF from a health food store. Maybe you could take the rice to the store and grind it up in the coffee grinder there.
Just some ideas, good luck!

Yes...but check the health food store again, the majority of them have BRF.

Not where I live, the cheapest (and only) one I could find is $60. I live in South Africa, it was hard enough for me to even find a coffee grinder, nevermind a cheap one. Not to mention I live in a small town that lacks a health food store. Anyway, I'd just use the blender.

Many cheap home coffee grinders are just small blenders.
Proper coffee grinders use rotating disks like metal millstones to grind the beans but the home ones are normally just a couple of rotating blades just like a blender.
If you have a blender that looks like this

or this

you will be fine.
Even the regular smoothie blenders work. If they can crush ice they can certainly powder rice.
The handheld ones are a bit more of a pain to use. They are intended for liquids.

Rice flower is an ornamental used by flower shops to make arrangements.
You want rice flour, which can be ground up anyway you choose. You can hammer it on a breadboard if you want, or use a blender, etc. RR
