I used to eat really terribly and even ate stuff that wasn't food.  well, my bowels got clogged up bad and I couldn't even pass anything normally.  For weeks I used a plastic syringe-like turkey baster to suck up water, and squirt it up my ass, basically giving myself an enema to pass the poo. 

Good thing I did
because it was seriously stuck

this went on for a few weeks
until I changed my diet
