Healthiest Conk or Antler

Hey Guys,

I have a feeling that it doesn't really matter that much...but a bunch of folks tout that the Conk has the most health benefits over the antler (because of the spores).

I just wanted to confirm with someone who is an avid Reishi user which is best, because if the health benefits are the same either or I'd far sooner just take a whole rack of antlers in a simple system instead of a tropical forest for conks.

Edit: After doing what I should have before posting was finding that the only difference is the Spore vs Fruit Body. Not antler or Conk...but whether its fruit body or spores. Good stuff...

Antlers will produce spores too, right out near the end.  You can harvest them by wrapping a sheet of wax paper loosely around each antler.

Have you noticed a difference in the effects when using the spores + fruit? I know that the benefits are huge if you can crack the spores (which is beyond the average grower I've read) but...I would think it wouldn't be a bad thing to collect spores and add them to the tea since they put out so much anyhow.
