ok so i got 8 tall 1/2pt jars and theyre 95% done but they look like they have stalled. now i read that u can flip them to speed up grow again and to release some c02. Would it b ok if i loosened the lids just a tad to get some fresh air in them as well. would that b a good idea or no to risky?

Don't open the lid.. If the bottom stalled flip the jar because you have CO2 trapped in the bottom but I would not open the lid you don't want fresh air anyways at this point your cake is not 100% colonized so it can become contaminated..

if it still fails to colonize the rest and its just a small bit that aint done, you can birth it and remove the uncolonized part. The colonized parts wont be ez to contam.

Mono is a "monotub." Traditionally, most teks require you to mist and give air exchange every day or two. Monotubs are made to be fully self-supporting.
A lot of the experienced harvestors use monotubs that are good enough, the only time they touch them is to harvest a flush, then close it back until next harvest.

ALSO:
Flipping is usually the best way to release CO2 as it's a non-rising gas. Thus, it's also the best way to help "un-stall" jars.

hello...
Psilocybe is the genus of the particular fungi that you are growing. the species is (i'm assuming) cubensis.
Psilocybin is a psychedelic indole of the tryptamine family. This is one of the magic found in Psilocybe cubensis.
hope this clears your doubt...unless you are asking what is the difference between psilocybin and psilocin?

well i noticed in vendors and ppl describing mushies, either they refure to them as one or the other so i assumed that theres a difference in the quality/potency of them, cause me myself want some good visual ones as well as the body buzz that goes along with it. so ya i guess im askin whats the difference in the 2. again i know im a pain in the ass but again it is for the greater good of the world.

Psilocybe is a mushroom. Psilocybin is (one of the) active ingredient in those mushrooms. Because of this they are often called "psilocybin mushrooms".
Psilocybe is actually a genus containing lots of species, eg. P. cubensis, P. semilanceata, P. cyanescens... but you get the point.
