Black Rot?

Ok, a friend has some B+ growing on shit/straw, cased with verm and aquacoir. The pins are all coming up nice, but some of them have tiny black slimy looking holes forming on the caps. Is this a bad contam, has anyone had this happen? :confused:

I posted this in the contam forum, but I know I will get an answer here sooner!

that is commonly known as bacterial blotch, normally as a result of overly high humidity or too much water.
I tend to mist my casings and leave my terrarium open to let eccess water evaporate off the casing and mushrooms
