I've probably dislocated my left thumb a few times and broken a few fingers. Never got it checked though because if you're diagnosis is right then you can't play (lacrosse) for a few weeks.
Besides that just nasty bruises. So nothing serious. I figure I'm bound for something bad in some freak accident one day.

The worst pain I have EVER felt was when I got stung by a stingray on the outside-top part of my foot. I felt a small poke then the most insane pain you can imagine. Blood was squirting out of my foot and I had to walk about half a mile on a pier to get back to the hotel. The intense pain lasted for about 4 or 5 hours. After that I lost feeling in that part of my foot for about a month a a half.
Second worse pain? Getting stung by a scorpion fish or a box jellyfish. The ocean doesn't fuck around.

Nah, you can survive them, especially a small sting. The problem is that they get ginormous and will "swarm" sometimes.
Irukandji, on the other hand, do kill people pretty often.
Edit: thats a lie. Irukandji haven't killed that many people as far as scientists/doctors know.

I was on a boat in Fla and the propeller had chopped up a bunch of jelly fish, and we didn't know it and went swimming. I was stung pretty bad.
I've fallen into a giant red ant pile, and that was pretty painful. In 2 seconds those fuckers were in my underwear and underneath my shirt, it was fucked.
I was clocked in the back of the head by a guy with a fistful of quarters. I started to gush blood and there was a big hole in the back of my head. It was drug-related so I couldn't go home and had to wash off the blood inside a gas station. My concussion caught up with me and I passed out when I finally got home. I really needed stitches, but I never got them.
I had a sore the doctor thought was a wart, so they gave me all these acid treatments to try and burn it off, but it was just sensitive deformed tissue on my knee, not a wart, so it was like pouring acid on an open wound. They then tried to actually burn it off and freeze it off until they realized it was just a wound not a wart. Fuckin' idiots.
On the bright side, I haven't broken a bone or ever had a cavity.

I got my first cavity two years ago in my very back tooth in a spot that is literally impossible to get at. Anyway the dentist said "Most people can't feel back there, so we'll try it without novacaine to try and save time if you're okay with that." I said yeah. BAD fuckin' choice. Bad bad bad.
So then he gave me novacaine and proceeded, but god DAMN that shit didn't work either, so that also sucked. He gave me some more and it was smooth sailing from there though.
He's a really good dentist too, so I don't blame him, just unfortunate.

That sounds so painful. It reminds me of getting a car door shut on your finger. That's such an intense short-term pain. Ouch!

I have been run over by a car crushing my leg, broke both my arms at the same time lifting weights( fell back wards holding a barbell over my head), TWO vasectomies the first didn't take but nothing compares to the pain of cluster headaches.

When I was eight I was playing on a playground and attempted to make a jump off the side, pommel horse style.
Well my foot got caught in one of the holes on the wall that I was clearing and I went over the side face first, about 10 feet. I landed with all my weight on the knuckles of my left arm and "SNAP!!" my whole arm got mangled. I broke my wrist in two places and a small fracture in my elbow.
That was the most painful injury while in the moment.
...
About a year later I was riding my bike. I was standing up and turned around to look behind me and the physics of the maneuver forced my right hand off the handle bar (like an exaggerated headcheck in a car).
Well my weight pushed down on the left handle bar because that's where the center of gravity for my upper body was located for that split second. Then I went down.
I snapped my left arm literally in half! It looked like I had two elbows except one was the opposite direction. I was in shock and though to myself,"Not again!"
So I made it to the hospital (My mom was freaking the fuck out during the whole thing while I remained calm.)
When I got to the hospital they gave me some "painkillers" and before they even had time to kick in the doctor came in and set the bones. That moment was a mix of blood-curdling pain, bone crunching, and the most fear I'll probably ever have for the rest of my life. I didn't know that kind of pain even existed. The thought haunts me.

2nd degree burn on my left thumb. i was pouring boiling tomato soup (didnt know how hot it was) into a soup cup at work and poured it all over my hand. i grabbed a towel to whipe it off. my skin came with it. that was the most intense pain i can remember feeling. i was in the ER 2 hours later and it was still intensely throbbing.

Damn! Burns are sooo bad.
I blew the skin off my thumb and index finger once.
Needless to say I learned the hard way why they say to not let other people light your fireworks for you. Especially when both parties are drunk. lol
