Pressure cooker question

Well I need to buy a new rocker for my PC, and I'm wondering, the original weight that came with the PC was 10 psi... But I can choose from 10 psi or 15 psi weights, if I use a 15 psi weight on my pc that originally had a 10 psi weight, will the pressure release thing pop?

So I guess my question is, at what PSI do those valves pop?

It says it can handle 15 psi
